Black Friday Offer 2025

1. Offer Period

The Black Friday Offer is valid for bookings made between 20th November 2025 and 3rd December 2025.

  • Black Friday Flash Sale: From 20th November to 19th November 2025, guests can enjoy 30% off the fully flexible room rate available at the time of booking.

2. Stay Dates

The offer is valid for stays between 20th November 2025 and 31st March 2026 (both dates inclusive). 

3. Discount Details

The 30% discount is applied to the fully flexible room rate available at the time of booking.

Discounts apply to room rates only and exclude taxes, service charges, or any additional fees. Offer is valid for new bookings only made directly through the hotel’s official website or reservation channels.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

All bookings under this offer are non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled. Full payment is required at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full stay amount will be charged. Offer is subject to room availability and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Early Check-in:

Subject to availability and additional fee:

  • £60 for check-in before 12:00 PM
  • £40 for check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM

Late Check-out:

Subject to availability and additional fee:

  • £50 for late check-out up to 12:00 PM
  • £80 for late check-out up to 2:00 PM

A full night’s rate will apply for check-out after 2:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged at the hotel reception or self-service kiosk, subject to availability.

6. Payment Methods

Payment for the Black Friday Offer (non-refundable rate) is taken in full at the time of booking. 

Accepted payment methods: Visa & MasterCard
*American Express is not accepted.

7. Room Types and Requests

All room types and special requests (such as room view, floor preference, or specific amenities) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds will be provided if you choose to cancel or amend your booking due to specific room type or request preferences.

8. Occupancy Policy

Guests must specify the correct number of occupants at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or bedding. No refunds will be provided for unused occupancy or if fewer guests check in than originally booked.

9. No-show and Partial Stay Policy

In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date) or early departure, no refunds will be provided. If you arrive after your scheduled check-in date, your room will be held until midday the following day, after which it will be released and no refund will apply.

10. Cancellation by the Hotel

In rare cases where the hotel must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund of any prepayment will be issued, but the hotel will not be liable for any additional expenses or losses beyond the refunded amount.

11. General Terms

Rates are quoted per room, per night (unless otherwise stated).
Blackout dates may apply. Offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
