1 Is vaping allowed in the hotel?
Our hotel policy does NOT allow for vaping in the hotel. If you would like to vape, please head outside to our designated smoking area. Violations will result in a fine.
2 Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Our hotel is 100% smoke-free. All of our rooms are non-smoking. If you would like to smoke, please head outside to our designated smoking area. Violations will result in a fine.
3 How can I get to the Hotel from the airport?
Our dedicated concierge team at StG Hotel Oxford Street is on-hand to arrange your airport transportation, for a small fee. Please email with your arrival and/or departure details, and a member of the team will follow up with more information, including price options. Please note that all transportation is booked via a third party.
London City Airport (LCY) is 10 miles from Central London and can be easily accessed by the DLR to Elizabeth Line or Central Line.
London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is 18 miles from Central London and our hotel is easily accessible from Heathrow by public transportation including the new Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road Station just under a 2-minute walk to StG Hotel Oxford Street. Other trains and tube to take are the Heathrow Express, and Piccadilly Line.
London Gatwick Airport (LGW) is 19 miles from Central London and can be easily access by the new Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road Station just under a 2-minute walk to StG Hotel Oxford Street. Other trains and tube to take are the Gatwick Express, and Victoria Line.
All airports are also easily accessible by car and taxi.

6 How do I make a group reservation?
Bookings of fourteen (14) or more guests are considered a group.

7 May I store my luggage?
Luggage storage is available at our Concierge Desk. Same day storage, Mondays – Saturdays, is complimentary. Overnight storage is at £2.50 per bag and storage on Sundays is at £1 per bag. Payment type: Cash Only.
8 What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel by 6:00pm hotel time on the day prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel after this time or fail to arrive, the cancellation penalty fee amount will be: First night charge (based on total first night rate of your confirmed reservation).
Please note that certain package rates are non-refundable. Please refer to your confirmation for details.
If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.
If you made your reservation through a third party (website or travel agent), cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorised to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations.
9 Can I have a package sent to the Hotel for me?
StG Hotel Oxford Street will accept packages on your behalf during your stay or just before arrival. Please ensure the package label is to the attention of the guest whose name is on the reservation and includes the arrival date or reservation confirmation number (if possible) along with the hotel’s address. Please note that our hotel will not accept packages sent C.O.D. (Cash on delivery).
Parcels/packages not collected seven (7) days after the recipient’s departure date will be disposed of. StG Hotel Oxford Street is not liable for any damages or missing items/packages.
10 What is your Housekeeping service policy?
We continue to be committed to a high standard of cleanliness with the reimplementation of daily housekeeping service for all guestrooms.
11 Is the Hotel pet friendly?
Yes, StG Hotel Oxford Street is a pet friendly hotel. We offer a special nightly pet rate – £30 per night, per cat or dog, maximum 2 pets per room with a combined weight of 25 kg. Your pet must be with you at all times and is welcome to join you in our reception area. Please call reception ahead when leaving your room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Your furry family member must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in the public areas of our hotel and are not allowed to roam the hotel freely. Please do not leave your pet in the room unattended without notifying reception prior. Pet door hanger is to be kept on the door all the time to indicate pet in room. On arrival, we ask that you present up to date vaccination documents and inform reception of any other health details relating to your wonderful pet. If your room is damaged or a mess is made by your pet, there will be a repairing/cleaning fee of £150 payable at check-out.
12 Refurbishment Information
We are delighted to announce that as part of our commitment to enhance our property and provide you with the very best StG Hotel Oxford Street experience, we are currently undergoing an exciting partial refurbishment.
The refurbishment works will only affect one of the hotel’s four towers and will be done on a floor-by-floor basis. To minimise inconvenience, guests will not be located in corridors where the refurbishment work is being done.
As a result of this refurbishment, there will be some construction noise. We would like to assure you that we endeavour to keep any disruptions to a minimum and would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
Construction will occur from Monday to Saturday between 10:00am and 5:00pm and you may experience some noise between these hours.
Our team will be on hand to offer any assistance needed.
We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding, support, and loyalty during this exciting time of our transformation, and we can’t wait to share our newly improved rooms when they are completed.

13 Do I need photo ID at check in?
Guests may be required to show proof of identity at check-in by providing their booking confirmation and a valid photo ID (passport, identity card or driving licence). If a guest is unable to show a valid photo ID, StG Hotel Oxford Street may refuse the guest entry to the hotel.
14 What are the check-in and check-out times?

15 How old do you have to be to check into StG Hotel Oxford Street?
The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age at check-in and present at the time of check-in. Guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking confirmation and a valid passport/identity card/driving licence. Children and young adults under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in the hotel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian also staying in the hotel.
