Yes, StG Hotel Oxford Street is a pet friendly hotel. We offer a special nightly pet rate – £30 per night, per cat or dog, maximum 2 pets per room with a combined weight of 25 kg. Your pet must be with you at all times and is welcome to join you in our reception area. Please call reception ahead when leaving your room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Your furry family member must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in the public areas of our hotel and are not allowed to roam the hotel freely. Please do not leave your pet in the room unattended without notifying reception prior. Pet door hanger is to be kept on the door all the time to indicate pet in room. On arrival, we ask that you present up to date vaccination documents and inform reception of any other health details relating to your wonderful pet. If your room is damaged or a mess is made by your pet, there will be a repairing/cleaning fee of £150 payable at check-out.
We are delighted to announce that as part of our commitment to enhance our property and provide you with the very best StG Hotel Oxford Street experience, we are currently undergoing an exciting partial refurbishment.
The refurbishment works will only affect one of the hotel’s four towers and will be done on a floor-by-floor basis. To minimise inconvenience, guests will not be located in corridors where the refurbishment work is being done.
As a result of this refurbishment, there will be some construction noise. We would like to assure you that we endeavour to keep any disruptions to a minimum and would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
Construction will occur from Monday to Saturday between 10:00am and 5:00pm and you may experience some noise between these hours.
